The Logo Squad worked on a website development project with one of our operating companies, and their referral came from within our organization. We conducted preliminary research to compare them to others even though they came highly recommended. We thought they'd be great to work with, so we agreed immediately. I can't provide data because the platform still needs to be live, but I can say that their work has been outstanding. In terms of output vs. expenditure, they have outperformed their competitors. They expertly translated our idea into a technical, workable solution and guided us through the process. If you have a question, it is very simple to contact them, and it is also very simple to discuss concerns with them because they can respond quickly to move the project forward. We've been working on numerous projects with The Logo Squad for quite some time. They are also responsible for the construction of our company's website. We are an eCommerce company; therefore, we spend more time on inventory and warehouse management than on our web presence; however, their experience filled that gap. We began small, but after they uncovered multiple issues with our current database setup and web servers, we let them take over the entire infrastructure; our work has never been better, and they are now the most reliable providers. Buyer Beware. About a year and a month ago, I purchased a three year plan for a website through this company. Imagine my shock when I discovered they shut my website down. I called to talk to someone about it and am frankly shocked and disgusted at the customer service I received. The representative was rude, speaking over me many times, continually arguing with me when I explained to him I had paid for three years and not one. He got very belligerent and kept ignoring the fact that I kept telling him I had receipts and an invoice to prove it. At that point he actually hung up on me. The conversation switched to text in which I asked for an email so I could send him the invoice. I never received that address and the texts themselves were downright unprofessional. I insisted they were in breach of contract. He threatened to sue me for harassment of his team and blocked my number. In stead of resolving and diffusing the issue which could have easily been done if the team acted professionally, I am now out a website (damaging my business), out $400, and have no way of dealing with the situation. I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your business. I informed them at the end that I would leave a review and they said "go ahead". Buyer beware.

They are now operating as Logo Sharks. So unimpressed with the service and logo. I received a blurry image for the basic package unless I paid more. What a joke and waste of time. Please do not waste your time or money on their logos, you might as well make one on Canva.

Video animation is very much in demand these days and are doing great. So, to make my customers attract and spread the brand’s message out in a creative way. I hired Logo Squad video animation which just blew my mind. I played the video on repeat again and again because the visuals were so appealing and grabbed my attention. However, when the video come out so it instantly attracted the masses. Everyone loved it!

Terrible service, the designes were mediocre at best and the worst part is that when you buy the unlimited changes package it takes the a week for each time you edit the logo. THEY TAKE FOREVER
