I can't say enough amazing things about Randy, Jesus and the flooring team we worked with at the Design Quad! We have an older 1960s home and 3 years ago we knocked down a wall and replaced our kitchen floors (with another team). And unfortunately the work did not hold up. Our tiles were very cracked and grout was consistently cracking and coming out of the floors. Beyond that, the grout color had never been consistent either. Needless to say, the house was due for an upgrade. Randy came by and gave us a quote for replacing with wood floors and reassured us they could stain the new kitchen floors and re-stain the living room all to match the rest of the house (which is the original 1960s red oak flooring). The team demo-ed and installed the wood in a little over 24 hours and had staining completed the following week in about 2 days. They worked quickly but did an incredible job. And beyond that, Randy was phenomenal at fielding my many text messages and questions. His customer service is exceptional. I've already passed along a glowing recommendation of their team to all my friends. You will not be disappointed using them! We can't wait to call them back (hopefully next year [🙂] ) to work on the rest of our outdated kitchen!

Nikki and Team executed a AMAZING transformation of our rental property we recently placed on the market. They took a quaint and vacant townhome and turned it into a more desireable, modern, AND cozy habitat! The Design Quad did an outstanding job staging our house and getting it sold!! If we hadn’t called them our house might still be on the market.
Here’s the backstory..My wife and I decided to sell our home after 15 years of ownership. We had already bought another house so we decided to fully update this house because it was vacant. The finished home was beautiful. We talked with our realtor about staging the house at the beginning of the listing but we thought the house would sell on its own. We had multiple showings every week and open houses on the weekends with plenty of viewers. We received positive feedback about the updates to the house followed with comments about the floor plan layout or questions about how to fit furniture in the various rooms. All the “lived in” houses around us were getting offers in less than two weeks, but our house had been on the market for 35 days and we hadn’t received one. It was very frustrating after all the money we spent getting the house ready to sell. We finally decided to stage the home and we were referred to the Design Quad. They made the process very easy and within a few days our home was staged. We ended up getting a full price offer the next day from the first person to see the house in its newly staged look. The comment from the buyer was “they had found their dream home”. This was all thanks to the Design Quad.
