We have been looking to order tiles that our friends recently ordered. We loved the look of the product and wanted to purchase the exact same tile as our friend, but the sales rep decided to quote us 4x the price our friend paid. We called the sales office and they told us they would send us a discounted quote at most probably 40%. We followed up the next day and were told it would be sent by EOD. They never sent it and then when we called again, they tried to give us excuses for why they were not going to apply a discount at that rate. Twice we were told a discount would be applied and ultimately that never happened. We understand that costs rise year after year, but this business practice is unfair and clearly price gouging. When you select a brand and like its quality, you expect an honest price for the product— certainly not this experience at all.

We set an appointment at 2pm yesterday. When we arrived they sent us to a waiting room, we waited for 15 minutes. After the wait, we asked the receptionist to tell the designer to meet us upstairs as we are looking at the show room. 15 minutes later no one came or reached out to us. Such a waste of time !

We had a great experience with Porcelanosa. We started eyeing their products for our bathroom remodel as part of a condo renovation. Our project was delayed several times, but we ultimately worked with Andrea Lambert. In summary, she was wonderful! She made what can be a stressful experience, easier to manage. She was patient and really let me take my time as I made decisions tiles and fixtures for our bathroom. She also gave great guidance. As this was my first time doing a remodel, I really appreciated her insight. Andrea has continued to be a great resource even after our project completed. It’s been great to such a personalized experience. In the end, we have a beautiful bathroom, and we have Porcelanosa and Andrea to thank for that!

Beautiful products, excellent customer service and very competitive prices if you are open to different designs and mix and match. I've redone two bathrooms with them and I'm extremely happy with the results. I had a problem with some tiles but Emille was super helpful and shipped new ones from NJ within a few hours!

Avoid at all cost!!!
The tiles are nice but not worth the headache and the delays the sales process will cause to your project. We purchased form Jessica Rivera at the Manhattan location. They charge for delivery separately and once they have your money, they take no responsibility for your purchase actually being delivered.
We had multiple delays and some items didn't arrive. Jessica first and then the showroom supervisor, Sedina Osmanaj, were very defensive and unprofessional each time I tried to resolve a problem ("send us a picture to prove the missing item didn't arrive", "this is not us, this is the delivery company"). First they approved the refund of the delivery fee (but not for the missing items as I couldn't provide enough evidence...). Then they withdrew the offer saying their delivery vendor says I'm lying. In the end, they stopped replying to emails and that was it. I honestly don't understand how you can position yourself as a high-end tile business and at the same time treat your clients with this little respect. For future project, I'll be taking my money elsewhere and I urge you to do the same. The tiles are already expensive, and the delays and extra charges (keeping the team on standby with no tiles in sight, needing to re-purchase the missing products from other vendors, etc) increased the total cost of the project beyond what's reasonable.
