Jay and his team were recommended to me by a friend of mine, who had used them on various projects in the past. Jay and his team helped me with a project in Beverly Hills. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Lara and her whole team at Jay Cad were fantastic! They really bent over backwards to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my remodel—above and beyond! And my contractor was very impressed with the drawings as well; he pointed out that they were really worth it, since I'll end up saving so much more during the engineering phase, because the engineer will have these super accurate and helpful drawings to work off of. Jay Cad is wonderful. I’ve used them a lot on many of my properties. They have a very knowledgeable staff that know the code very well. Their prices are very competitive. They were able to expedite my projects with out losing a beat during the pandemic and the city services shutting down and being low on staff.

They have everyone from code consultants, drafters, and engineers on board which makes it a great one stop shop for any developer.

A small drafting company that will exceed your exceptions, I must admit that Jay was truly unbelieving in drawing up my plans for my duplex. Jay had patient, been kind, receptive, and just overall an incredible person to work with. He did a great job and delivered it as promised.
On top of all, the best part is that Jay was much more affordable than everyone else. He is truly the top of the line and gets me the job done for 1/10 of the cost. I would recommend Jay ALL DAY LONG. Jay is a man of your words.
