I worked with Matt and his team and they did a great job with my logo. I had plenty of options to choose from for a logo concept. A lot of creativity. They handled all revisions I requested with patience and great customer service. They had an excellent response time. Never went 24 hours without hearing some sort of feedback over a one week period.

The worst experience ever, I came to designized to create a cryptocurrency website Matt told me they were able to do it 100% and it would’ve costed 3k- 5k so they told me to make a down payment I paid them 1.5k up front. After I did so they told me that the website was going to cost anywhere from 20k -30k that is was a lot of work. I requested a refund the “Manager “ (Nav) told he couldn’t do so, but that he would help me create another website and if I wasn’t satisfied he would indefinitely refund me 100% . So we choose to go with an e-commerce website and he recommended “SEO” search engine optimization that was going to cost an additional 1.5k so I had made a 900$ deposit for that. Year went by I tried contacting him but he started to seem very vague and he eagerly kept telling me to finish the payments to the website to continue so I paid the rest off. We slowly lost touch over there year I continued to contact but he gave the run around he never handed me the keys to the website which was agreed to after I paid. 1 - 3 years went by I constantly called him finally got of hold of him he told me he wouldn’t be able to issue the refund. Hung up on me and kept avoiding me. Extremely unprofessional I left messages to call me from his co-workers never did. I told his co-worker I will have to take legal actions and he said we will wait for a call from your lawyer. I have all the receipts and records of everything that transpired and I will be taking legal actions. This is bad business and totally unprofessional. Be aware !!!!!!!
